Sound crazy to you? You betcha! But we 1) think this will work 2) this is LOW risk, and 3) this is CHEAP, so 4) let's DO IT!

The hypothesis we are testing is:
Preeclampsia is due to malnutrition and can be cured by resolving nutritional deficiencies
A word from Dr. Andrea Loewendorf, Phd:
This is a strong statement and if I didn't know the people behind it, I wouldn't participate in this. Believe me, I am the last person who wants to see another nonsense preeclampsia trial. This is not what this is. Dr. Hart's theory is sound!
Here's a link to the two papers by Dr. Hart that best describe her way of thinking. Enjoy!

Please let us know, we welcome most ideas!
Using serum from preeclamptic women from our nutrition4newlife trial, we will collaborate with the Kidambi lab to understand the mechanism.
For those women that display symptoms even after the nutrition therapy (Dr. Hart will disagree on this point) or can't do the nutrition therapy for some reason, the regulatory T cell therapy will be developed by ImmunoVEntion.
Our Co-PI Dr. Janice Hall develops an app with her company Maternal Beats bringing the knowledge of Dr. Nancy Hart and Sarah Thompson to as many women as we can possibly reach.
